Rashad is one of my closest friends and someone I've known since high school. He has always had my back when I needed him. We grew up during our high school years in the same neighborhood; literally we could walk to each other's house. We have went to high school together, college together, and even worked together multiple times. It's been over ten years and we still play basketball at the gym weekly together it seems like. I admire his love for his family and passion for uplifting his community. We've remained friends during our lowest moments and shared many of laughs together during our best days. Since the day I met Christina, Rashad has been supportive from the beginning. I couldn't ask for a better person to be my best man.
